Temple of Conscious Touch – ein Raum, in dem du erforschen kannst, was es heißt, zu geben, zu empfangen und auszusprechen, was du möchtest. Inspiriert von der Arbeit von Betty Martin PhD, dem Wheel of Consent und dem Three-Minute Game, bietet dieser Workshop einen praktischen und verkörperten Zugang zu Berührung, Grenzen und Verbindung.

In einem entschleunigten, achtsamen Rahmen üben wir bewusste und einvernehmliche Berührung. Es geht nicht explizit um sexuelle Energie, wenn auch sinnliche oder erotische Energie bei dieser Art von Berührung entstehen kann. Du wirst eingeladen, nur mit einem full-body Yes Zugang zu deinem Körper zu geben, wie auch zu spüren, was für dich stimmig und intim ist – jenseits von Erwartungen oder dem, was andere vielleicht gerne geben oder bekommen möchten.

Dieser Workshop richtet sich an Singles, Paare, Frauen, Männer und nicht-binäre Menschen, unabhängig von Alter (+18), sexueller Orientierung oder Geschlechtsidentität. An alle, die Intimität, Sprache und Berührung erkunden möchten. Durch angeleitete Partnerübungen, achtsame Rituale und geteilte Reflexion erforschen wir, wie es ist, aus einem klaren Ja zu geben und das zu empfangen, was du dir wünschst.

Was machen wir im Workshop?
Wir arbeiten mit Übungen wie dem Three-Minute Game, mit klaren Vereinbarungen und körperbasiertem Dialog. Du übst, auszusprechen, was du möchtest – und zu fühlen, wie es ist, genau das zu empfangen. Du übst auch, aus einem vollen Ja zu geben.

Worum geht es in diesem Workshop?
Es geht um Intimität – nicht um Leistung, nicht ums Gefallen, nicht um Vermutungen. Es geht darum, zu spüren, was im Körper stimmig ist. Berührung ist das Werkzeug, die Praxis ist Präsenz, Konsens entsteht im gegenseitigen Austausch.

Ist dieser Workshop sexuell?

Rooted in the teachings of Betty Martin’s Wheel of Consent and the Three-Minute Game, this workshop offers a practical, embodied way to understand desire, boundaries, and authentic connection.

In a slow, attentive atmosphere, we practice consensual and conscious touch. This is not explicitly sexual, though erotic energy is welcome when it arises naturally. You’ll be invited to tune in to your full-body Yes, to offer clear access to yourself, and to listen closely to what truly feels intimate for you — not what you think you’re supposed to enjoy, or what someone else assumes you want.

This space is for singles, couples, women, men, and non-binary people alike — all who wish to explore intimacy, voice, and honest connection. Through guided partner exercises, gentle touch practices, and supported sharing, we explore how to give with clarity and receive with trust. This is a space where touch becomes a language of respect, curiosity, and presence.

What will we be doing during the workshop?
We’ll use partner exercises like the Three-Minute Game, clear agreements, and body-based dialogue to explore giving and receiving. You’ll practice saying what you want — and feel what it’s like to receive exactly that. You’ll also practice giving from a true, embodied Yes.

What is this workshop really about?
This is about intimacy — not performance, not pleasing, not guessing. It’s about coming home to what feels true in your body. Touch is the tool, but the real practice is presence, consent, and honesty.

Is this workshop sexual?
Not explicitly. There is space for sensual or erotic energy if it arises organically and consensually, but the focus is on awareness, boundaries, and mutual respect. Clothing stays on for most of the workshop, with clear invitations if anything shifts.
