Tantric Dance

Our Tantric Dance “workshop” is a playful, intimate, and energetic evening where body, breath, and presence come together.

Tantric Dance is an improvisational polarity dance: one person leads (masculine energy) and the other follows blindfolded (feminine energy).

Everyone can explore both roles, regardless of gender.

Through guided exercises (part 1), partner and group dances (part 2), you’ll:

Awaken your erotic life force energy and sensitivity

Discover presence, connection, and joy

Explore boundaries and playfully communicate them

Balance masculine and feminine energies and practice leading and surrender.

Time: doors open: 18:30–22:00
Start: 19:00

Language: English with option on German translation. If no-one is in the need of English we’ll keep it to a minimum.

Most of the evening will happen without verbal but a lot of nonverbal communication instead.

Come curious, open, and ready to move. A safe, supportive space is held throughout the evening.

You don’t need a partner and you won’t be partnered with another human for the whole evening. You will be paired by choice for partner practices in the first part and you can experience dancing with as many partners and in different roles as you chose to in the dancing part. Changing partners and roles is recommended.
