Full Body Energy Flow Tantra Massage Intro

In this workshop, participants first arrive in themselves and then explore different forms of contact and touch with others. Each person decides how closely they wish to let someone approach them. An ampell-code is practised at the beginning as an additional tool for expressing boundaries and pleasure.

In the second part, participants enter conscious body and heart contact with another person and learn and practise the first part of a full-body tantra massage. The massage is intended to help the receiving person arrive in their body, release blockages, and feel both relaxed and energised. It may also lead to Full Body Orgasm states.

The massage is performed on the back while lying on massage mats on the floor. The receiving person may be naked or wear shorts, underwear and leggings. The giving person may keep on or remove as much clothing as is comfortable for both partners. Participation is possible alone or as a pair, and the workshop is open to all genders, sexual orientations and relationship forms.

Mitzubringen: Zwei große Tücher oder Sarongs, neutrales Massage-, Mandel- oder Kokosöl, optional Notizbuch und Schreibzeug sowie bequeme Kleidung.
