Die Kontrolle nehmen - oder sie endlich abgeben.

Spiel mit Macht und Hingabe gehört zu den intensivsten Erfahrungen, die wir miteinander teilen können. Und zu den verletzlichsten. Denn es geht dabei nicht um Peitsche und Pose, sondern um Vertrauen, Präsenz und den Mut, ehrlich zu sagen, was du willst.

In diesem Tagesworkshop lernst du nicht einfach Techniken. Du lernst, wie sich Dominanz anfühlt, wenn sie aus echter Präsenz kommt - und wie tief Hingabe gehen kann, wenn du dich wirklich sicher fühlst. Du entdeckst, welche Seite in dir lebendig wird, und vielleicht auch eine, von der du noch nichts wusstest.

**Was dich erwartet
**

• Ankommen in Körper und Gruppe
• Consent, der sich nicht nach Formular anfühlt: Wünsche, Grenzen und ein klares Ja, Wheel of Consent
• Dein persönlicher Check-in Compass und ein Preference & Consent Form - Werkzeuge, die du in jedes Spiel mitnehmen kannst
• Einblick in RBDSM-T: verantwortungsvoll spielen, mit Bewusstsein für Risiken und alte Wunden
• Geführte Übungen in beiden Rollen: führen und folgen, Macht halten und abgeben
• Überblick über verschiedene Spielarten - von subtiler Kontrolle bis zu Fesseln und Impact
• Raum zum Ausprobieren, Nachspüren und Teilen

**Für wen
**Für Neugierige, die zum ersten Mal mit Macht und Hingabe spielen wollen, und für ein wenig Erfahrene, die tiefer, bewusster und verbundener spielen möchten.
Allein oder mit Partner:in, für alle Geschlechter und Orientierungen.

Alle Übungen sind Einladungen. Du bestimmst jederzeit selbst, wie weit du gehst. Penetration bleibt bei uns bewusst außen vor.

Nicht für dich, wenn
du den schnellen Kick suchst, es dir um Show geht oder dir Consent egal ist.

**Gut zu wissen
**

• Bequeme Kleidung, in der du dich wohl und frei fühlst
• Ca. 1 Stunde Mittagspause - wir stellen für die kleinen Pausen Snacks zur Verfügung, aber kein Mittagessen.
• Direkt im Anschluss ab ca. 18:30 Community Meetup & Play Jam. Wer bleiben mag, kann einfach weiterspielen.

Power play is one of the most intense experiences we can share. And one of the most vulnerable. Because it’s not about whips and poses - it’s about trust, presence and the courage to say honestly what you want.

In this full-day workshop you won’t just learn techniques. You’ll learn what dominance feels like when it comes from true presence - and how deep surrender can go when you truly feel safe. You’ll discover which side of you comes alive, and maybe one you didn’t know was there.

**What to expect
**

• Arriving in your body and in the group
• Consent that doesn’t feel like paperwork: desires, boundaries and a clear yes, Wheel of Consent
• Your personal Check-in Compass and a Preference & Consent Form - tools you can take into any play
• Introduction to RBDSM-T: playing responsibly, aware of risks and old wounds
• Guided exercises in both roles: leading and following, holding and releasing power
• Overview of different styles of play - from subtle control to restraint and impact
• Space to explore, integrate and share

Who it’s for
For the curious who want to explore power and surrender for the first time, and for experienced players who want to play deeper, more consciously and more connected.
Come alone or with a partner, all genders and orientations welcome.

All exercises are invitations. You decide at every moment how far you go. Penetration is consciously off the table.

Not for you if
you’re after a quick thrill, a show, or don’t care about consent.

Approx. 1-hour lunch break - we offer break snacks but nood lunch

Right afterwards, from approx. 6:30pm: Community Meetup & Play Jam. If you’d like to stay, just keep playing.
