Welcome to my website, a portal for self-discovery through self-love practices, shifting from a state of feeling broken and returning to our authentic full-bodied nature.

I am a certified Bodysex® coach, art and sex educator, artist and entrepreneur. I believe that creativity and sexuality are great outlets for our unique and individual expression. The creative realm is an open field to explore one’s identity, it preserves human history and changes existing culture. Sexuality teaches us great lessons about who we really are and connects us our intrinsic nature.

In my work I aim to educate and build knowledge for everyone who works with me. I believe self-knowledge breaks down barriers, builds confidence and allows people to know and therefore accept themselves.

My approach in the work with my clients all include embodiment practices such as breath work, meditation, journaling, yoga, massage, touch and dance rooting the personal processes deeply in the body, mind and spirit. When we are present we become aware of our emotions and develop better relationships with ourselves and others.

I believe everyone can have an experience of an ecstatic life. Supporting people to discover how to deeply nourish themselves is the first step into a life filled with the many little pleasures. The second step is to establish a daily routine of practices that encourage self-love.
